Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price.


What can I return or exchange?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund all unwashed  merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date. We will exchange items that are defective within 90 days of your order date, if we do not have the same product we will credit you the amount towards another item. Please contact Customer Support at Support@gymqueenbrand.com.

Please note: Clearance items, are ""final sale"" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.

Pop-Up Stores Returns Policy

Products purchased from a GymQueen Brand event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact Customer Support at Support@gymqueenbrand.com.
